I love the Bee Chill infused honey. As someone who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep through the night, this has been a game changer. I add a spoonful to my stress relief tea an hour or so before bed, and it supports in having a good nights rest without the grogginess in the morning. I definitely recommend people try this if you experience trouble with sleeping or racing thoughts.
I was having really bad anxiety at work my body was shaking uncontrollably I added some beechill to a tea took a few sips and the shaking went away instantly. not only did it calm my body down but my mind as well. I suffer from insomnia and I am constantly switching between prescriptions bc they only work temporarily.decided to combine the beechill with the soursop and slumber tincture and I got the best sleep I've gotten in years. works sooooo good I no longer take the sleep medication.

I am totally in love with this honey. I like to enjoy an evening tea to unwind from day, and this honey takes it to the next level. I have always struggled with anxiety since I was a child. First time using it and so far so good! The taste is good, I add it to teas, matcha, smoothies, and yogurt parfaits. Thought it would be a grainy texture due to the herbs but no problem with that so far.
